The company in its present form has been in an existence since 1995 with the withdrawal of the Managing Director from Ernst & Young.

The practice has national and international links with a number of other accounting practices and associations. This enables it to arrange audits and formation of companies, advice, etc on a worldwide basis instantly through its state-of -the-art electronic equipment.

The practice itself is fully computerised and all staff are computer-literate.

The practice (through its pre-decessor firms) has extensive experience and deals with all subjects ranging from new business development to traditional accounting functions, to advice on legal structures, etc.
